Seat Arosa 1.0 2002: Stuck Right Door, Central Locking Issue, Replacing Lock with Allegro Amek

In my Seat Arosa 1.0 2002. the right door cannot be opened, the central locking is stuck, and on this car it is not possible to open the passenger door with the key. The external handle works normally, but from the inside with resistance, as if on a spring. From what I have already figured out, I have a common problem with Seats. Most likely, the lock needs to be replaced, I've even found a cheap one on Allegro - amek-door-front-right-seat-leon-toledo-arosa-

Remove the seat and then the bacon, if possible

I have no problems with removing the door upholstery, in Arosa it is two-part and I have access to the lock from the inside, it's very tight, but I don't know what to do next

I made another attempt to fight the castle and nothing. I dismantled the left door for comparison and everything looks the same. Also, I failed to open them from the inside when the central is closed. (I assume the central door on the right-hand door is locked in that position).
In this car, being inside it is impossible to open a functional door by pulling the handle from the inside.
