Hi, I am in possession of a 24V 350W electric scooter, after replacing the handle, two batteries and the driver still the engine does not react, light, horn, directions everything works. The engine switches on "short" after connecting to the battery. When I connect everything, I move the handle and the motor does not react. Did anyone have a similar problem? I thought about connecting with the omission of the driver (as in the picture), but I do not know if it makes sense or connect the battery with a battery and connecting a potentiometer between them but I do not really know what. I will depend on it for the scooter to ride, the rest is unnecessary. Thanks in advance for your answer.

I do not know this scheme, we can skip it. And the handle can have a potentiometer in it? Because if I would connect the battery and the motor, for example by running it with a switch, the engine will immediately start spinning at full speed, and if I put a potentiometer or something, it will be some adjustment.

And if the engine spins for a short time, the driver of the new handle, batteries also what can be the cause?

Bad connection or broken controller / shifter.
You can do nothing without a driver because you will have a zero-one ride.
The potentiometer / shifter can not do anything for you, the controller is responsible for speed / power control.

Turn the lever and then turn the wheel. Otherwise he will not move. It is such protection against the fact that the scooter did not go away accidentally. It's only when you push it away that it goes ...
You probably have unnecessarily exchanged so many parts.

    Hello,
A large part of electric scooters starts the engine when it is accelerated to about 5km / h. Maybe the problem lies in the service and not in the cables.
    greetings
