Possible, even more so if it was misused, defective ... If the warranty does not cover the battery, you will have to replace it on your own (or power the speaker from the power bank until the end of the warranty period).

You can charge with another charger, the same can be advertised without a charger if the equipment is under warranty - the question is whether it covers the device's battery, because it most likely ends.
