Hello, as in the topic. I have m4 aqua and after some time the phone started to malfunction. It turns off practically every 30 seconds. And it is not possible to charge. The telephone was in the service, because the socket was broken. After the phone came back to me, these problems started. My question is as follows. Is it a problem with the battery or maybe with the motherboard. I don't want to have it serviced, I want to do it myself, I just don't know what to replace. I am asking for help and thank you in advance :)

Does it turn off under the charger?
By yourself, without knowledge and experience, you can only damage the phone more.

It does not turn on at all under the charger. It charges with a 1.5A powerbank and I can see if it gets electricity and does it. But it's discharged all the time, and I don't remember seeing wallpaper in it anymore :D But yes, it also turns off when charging.
The phone is written off anyway, I use the Z2, and with this I just want to find out if I can do something, if it's not difficult. I don't want it to work, but I'd like to learn a bit and maybe fix it.

Check if the usb socket is well soldered. I would also replace the battery.

The socket is not soldered, it is for tape

Start with the battery. I would also unplug the usb socket and then check how the phone behaves.

It's a bit strange that the service gives back the phone with such symptoms, unless the fault arose later, and not when the phone returned from the service.

It was a "familiar" service ... The guy didn't do it professionally, after a few days the back began to peel off (it was most likely glued to the adhesive tape), I lost the screw because it was flying inside the housing. He did not give a receipt and did not get cash. We are both negative.

First, I would like to recharge it a little so that it even turns on. And then I will do as you say. For now, it is charging since the morning and still the message that the battery is low.

The phone has charged a little. With the socket unplugged, charging also turns off. It flashes on to the word SONY and again.
