    Vertical sync is not forced?

    What temperatures?

Install and run HWiNFO64 (sensors only), then start the game, play for 10-20min. and upload a screen from the program.

    Full equipment stocking is best.
As for the defect, I recommend a test lasting several dozen minutes with the OCCT program and throwing screnches after the test.

Vertical synchronization is a graphic simplification. :) It can be turned on or off in the game options.
Did you do something on the computer at the beginning that would result in downloading the virus? What does the disk look like? How much free disk space do you have?
Upload screenshots from HDTune or Crystal Disk Info. Scan positively with your anti-virus, Windows Deffender, MalwareBytes and AdwCleaner. If your system is Windows 10 and you have an additional anti-virus then you can remove it so that only Win Deffender is left.
