BMW E60 Navi Prof Radio Issue: Intermittent Startup, BMW Logo, Screen Flash, 6417751R System

Hello everyone,

for some time I have a problem with the radio in the BMW E60 Navi Prof - the radio does not start once, the BMW logo appears or the screen flashes. The problem is not permanent.

About 2 weeks ago I put the 6417751R system back on - after this operation the problem disappeared - for 2 weeks ...
In my opinion, the above system is responsible for everything - has anyone worked on this topic and can you get it somewhere in Poland?

A colleague did a total reballing of the system, or just heated the element?

The system has been "put back" ...

First of all, I suggest reballing the flash memory on the other side of the board. It is also worth checking if the rest of the electronic components do not have a cold February, in particular on the SAF7118H system, which is on the same side of the circuit board as the system mentioned by a colleague.
