    BMW X5 3.0.

The large navi radio suddenly stopped working.

On the radio on the sticker, the model is probably: Alpine 65-52-6 934 413

The problem is that one time the car screamed about CODE which prevents the car from firing. Everything OK, the code entered the car worked. The radio was also OK. The car stopped several days and in the meantime the battery was discharged. It was charged and the car called for a code again. The problem suddenly became that the radio stopped responding. Does not turn on, this orange square does not light up suggesting work. After connecting the battery, only the BMW logo appears for a moment, after ignition the radio is dead, the only thing is if I press the watch icon on the radio it is as if the screen lightly illuminates but nothing is displayed. On the back of the label in the trunk there were 3 fuses from the radio. Two at the back and one in the storage compartment at the front. All are OK. It also works only to open the radio to insert a cassette. The radio broke down? Do you need to code the radio somehow? Does it not require such a thing and just insert and work ew call for code? Not once did the battery fall down and the radio worked. Is the lcm module responsible for this?

I know that it's been a while since I asked, but I see that the problem is still not resolved.
Usually, the reason for this is the water in the trunk or rather the effects of its operation. What is at the front is only a system monitor, the rest is in the trunk. The navigation reader is on the left and it is he who generates the subtitles, since the logo appears then there is a chance that he wants to live. The radio tuner (basically the whole radio) is behind the spare wheel. And from this module I would start. You need to check the power supply and what is on the I-Bus line (is it high or is any module downloading it - as indicated by the behavior of the monitor). We look at the connectors in individual modules - if there is a trace of water action then you need to do order. If the system has an amplifier (mounted on the same hanger as the navigation reader), it is also worth looking at its connectors (especially the smaller one where I-Bus is).
As for calling for a code, often after flooding the alarm is activated, in addition to the radio not working, the car begins to behave strangely - it can open itself or trigger an alarm. This discharge of the battery also indicates that some module is not falling asleep.
