Hello, some time ago I replaced the steering rods and the ends of the steering rods in the Corsa C.
I counted the turns and measured the length of the stick with the tip.
After the exchange, it was even ok, but wanting to set the toe-in, I went to the vehicle control station to set the toe-in.
The gentlemen put some devices on both front wheels (once, when I set the toe-in, they set it on 4 wheels) and shot for a good half an hour and then showing me the angles on the computer said that it was perfect.
I left and it turned out that in order to go straight I must have the steering wheel bent by a good 20 degrees because I was being carried to the right. I made a circle at the roundabout and went back to the stations.
They told me something was wrong and they would set it up again. I heard that the front bumper is said to be too low and some sensors may have a problem with this device for alignment.
They set me up and I'm going for a good 2 weeks.
The car goes straight as I go alone. With the passenger it already lifts slightly to the right. (maybe it's the fault that most of the roads lean to the right so that the water runs off)?
I also noticed that when I go slowly around the parking lot, when turning left, the steering wheel turns very slightly (it even tightens itself) and to the right normally.
Are these symptoms of a misaligned toe-in?

Are the tires on the front axle the same? Is the pressure okay? Do the wheels have the same rolling resistance (brakes, bearings)?

And the stabilizers are operational? Is the stabilizer link working?

The wheels, when lifted with the car's jack, turn loosely.
The stabilizer link has been replaced.
The tires are the same on the front axle.
Yesterday I made a 300 km route and at a speed of about 100 km / h the ride is very tiring because you have to counter the steering wheel slightly to the left.
After releasing the steering wheel, it straightens up automatically and the car drives off the belt towards the roadside.

It seems to me that when setting toe-in, they should put something on the rear wheels to set them straight in relation to the front wheels to drive straight ahead.

    Problem solved.
The car sometimes floated strangely like a side wind was blowing. I went to the diagnostic station and it turned out that the "new" arm bushings set up a year ago are gone. Nothing knocks and the play is huge.
I'm replacing next week. Now it will invest in better parts than a year ago. :-)

How much did you give for such a collection with the setting of the steering wheel, because I have, like you, after the first try, that when going straight the steering wheel is slightly turned to the left. I happened to get used to it, but I plan to replace the tips of the rods and I prefer to converge

Previously, I paid around PLN 80 in various places and recently PLN 50 at a diagnostic station.
The mechanic checked all the play and then, without putting anything on the wheels, drove back and forth over the canal. He shook the moments and said it was done.
Usually they put equipment on each wheel and recently not.
I would have doubts if they set me up well, but it's been a few months and the car is going straight as never before.

PS. After arriving home, I look under the car and there the steering gear covers are all twisted. I had to dig myself to fix it. I came so that they set the toe-in, they set the toe-in and the rest was probably not included in the price of the service
And such a job done at the diagnostic station ...
    I straightened and it's ok.
Corsa C - Steering Wheel Misalignment Post Tie Rod Replacement and Toe-In Adjustment

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a steering wheel misalignment issue in a Corsa C following the replacement of tie rods and toe-in adjustment. Subsequent checks revealed that the stabilizer link was replaced, and the tires were uniform on the front axle. Despite adjustments, the vehicle continued to drift, prompting further diagnostics. Ultimately, it was discovered that worn arm bushings were causing excessive play, which the user plans to replace with higher quality parts.
