I have the same problem (Corsa C 2003) - apparently, to replace the electromagnetic clutch, you need to suck off the freon, remove the compressor with the drive and only then can it be dismantled to replace the clutch.
So far ... I'm waiting for a cool summer (another one without air conditioning) :)

How to replace a dodger if I do not want to remove anything yet?
If you are so smart, give me the serial number of this electromagnet, which will be 100% compatible with my model, then I will manage somehow
such simple comments are not needed here because you have to pay for everything and sometimes you can avoid unnecessary costs - in my opinion

hello, the compressor does not need to be pulled out, just unscrew it to the base and then there is more movement and you can unscrew the bolt for mounting the discs, then you unlock the pulley by removing the ring ring. The pulley should come off without problem, then unfasten the next segment holding the electromagnet, that's all aggression

Only You must have an impact wrench. And if the pulley does not want to go down, you need to put on a special wheel puller so that it does not tangle

I am against unscrewing with an impact wrench, because I have already broken a few screws, but if you do not want to unscrew, I squeeze the shield together with the pulley and then I pull the torx with a sense, when it releases it only then angular pneumatic. However, as for the pulley, I have never had a problem with the photo, as well as in the whole CCD group

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the replacement of the electromagnet in the air conditioning compressor of an Opel Corsa C (2000 model). The user seeks advice on how to select a compatible electromagnet without removing the compressor. Responses indicate that while some suggest removing the compressor is necessary, others propose that it can be done by unscrewing the compressor to gain access to the electromagnet. Tools such as an impact wrench and a special wheel puller are mentioned as helpful for the process. The need for a specific serial number for the electromagnet is emphasized to ensure compatibility.
