As in the topic, after starting the message set the clock, the keyboard responds but I cannot enter the menu with the password 1111 administrator or service 12345. The service from the pins was successful at some point, restarted the settings and everything works. After disconnecting the power supply, the message setting the clock again and no response to passwords.reboot from pins not possible.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

And the keypads were identified and saved to Flash?
After restarting, make an identification and save to Flash.

Everything was done according to the procedure and after disconnecting the power supply, there is no access from the keypad. The display shows asterisks instead of the password, but it still does not accept and does not allow entering the menu.

Read the "Emergency procedure for starting the control panel" in the manual - if it is performed, connect to the control panel using the Dloadx program and set the time, or do it manually from the keyboard.

It`s the same in my Versa - after disconnecting the power supply (battery + AC) and restoring it, the system has a "Set clock" error. After the service entry and its setting, everything is OK.

If the service password 12345 does not work for you (the asterisks are absolutely correct), you may have simply changed it.
Do you use your own feed or someone else`s?
Personally, I came to the conclusion that it is better to make my own - at least there are no problems with connection or `identification`.

    Regards

    Hello.
I don`t think we understand each other.
Let`s say that I managed to start the control panel from the pins, reset all the settings to factory defaults, set the addresses and keypad identification, set the time and manufacturer`s passwords. When I leave the website, everything works fine. I can log in as administrator 1111, service 12345. After disconnecting all power supplies, i.e. the battery and 230V, and reconnecting them, the message "set the clock" appears, I cannot access any of the logins. I enter 1111# or OK on the display**** and no entry. 3.3V on-board battery.
It was the first time I encountered such a symptom, usually the control panel reported automatically and asked me to perform the procedures, which I did without any problems and everything was accepted and it works.
    Regards.

As I mentioned - in my case, after disconnecting the battery and AC and reconnecting it, I also have the "set the clock" message.
In this case, enter the code (administrator or service, I don`t remember now), but if you have the factory one, 12345 and confirm with an asterisk "*".

Then dial 6 2 # (Settings --> Clock). Set the clock and leave - everything should be OK. The manual is from VERSA-LCD, so the menu may be slightly different, but the principle of operation is the same.
For example, for INT-KLCDL it is CLOCK PROGRAMMING --> SET TIME --> SET DATE.

Ew. if you use Dloadx and you get the "set clock" message, log in as service (12345*) select 0 0 # (Service --> Service mode) - for Versa-LCD.
Similarly, in INT-KLCDL - after logging in as a service, select "Service mode". Then in Dloadx, after connecting, press "Clock programming" and that`s it.

After setting the correct time, clear the alarms and everything should work fine. There is no backup for the RTC and this is apparently where the problems come from, but on the other hand the system is supposed to work continuously, after disconnecting the AC there is a battery, so you can somehow get over it.

INTEGRA stores passwords in battery-backed memory, so the described symptoms indicate a dead or non-contacting battery or a damaged board.
After checking the battery (is it inserted correctly??), if the problem persists, the board should be serviced.
