Hello crew, I have a problem with the Renault Kangoo 1.5 Dci 2008, the air conditioning is not working. The clutch and coil are operational. The valve, the clutch, sticks and the air conditioner cools elegantly. Now a bit of theory, air conditioning checked and loaded, the ear is well programmed sees the car with the air conditioning, when I turn the Ac knob, the fans start, but the pressure sensor value does not increase. The pressure switch I changed the same. Temperature sensor shows fine. There is no control on the coil from the relay, the fuses are checked. The engine controller does not give the weight to the relay and therefore does not turn on the air conditioning, but where the reason, only what I noticed, does not turn on the 2nd fan speed, but that it would have such an impact ?? There are no errors in the ECU. Has anyone had a similar case or can help? Thanks in advance for any suggestions ;) Greetings!

can the clutch run in tests?

Not really, because it crashes a test error, is it a Clip. Kts, Delphi

    And what are the parameters?

The pressure of 5 bar sees and the power of the compressor is 400 W too, the temperature sensor shows well.

What fans are you writing about, is there one on the coolers?

Milejow ordinary typo, you would write something that will help, maybe you know where the diode is located on the compressor installation?

Inside the wiring harness, about 20 cm from the box under the hood, from which the beam comes out at the bottom, but there is no fault in it, it only extinguishes the arc on the relay.
    In drawing No. 322.
After the air conditioning is turned on, the condenser fan starts blowing, right?
To start the air-conditioning, you need the correct pressure of the medium, the correct engine temperature, and no significant and dangerous faults for the engine, if this is met, there is no whip, the air-conditioning must start.

Why don't you focus on the second fan speed?

Because this will turn on when the pressure exceeds 20bar.

I had a similar problem in C4. It turned out that the air-conditioning switch had a break on the second circuit in the control panel. Check according to the panel output diagram.

Right. What you see is done, not theorized.

So now write, as a result of which you believed that the fan is not working in the second gear ??? He did not check it on the air conditioning because the compressor is not making pressure and somehow I do not see him wrote that he warmed up the engine until the fan turned on. Somehow I did not read about the performance test of the fan. In addition, this controller completely ignores the condition of the radiator fan (it controls but does not control), the factor pressure and engine temperature are important for it. No equipment is needed to check the second speed of the fan, just unplug the ECT and turn on the ignition.

Gentlemen, we are talking about Kangoo I or Kangoo II :?: Because this is a fundamental difference :D
As for one, probably the injection controller is "grafted" from the version without "AC" or there is an incorrect reading of one of the parameters that affects the permission of the additional engine load by the compressor. Errors are not budut and air conditioning is not budut

In this case, the fan will also not turn on and the author writes that after turning on the AC, the compressor starts on the first gear, only the compressor is silent, the second thing is that none of us knows the actual state that exists in the car.

With this fan that it will not turn on if there is no permission, it is different. :| I know various cases of software being kicked by engineers to such absurdities that in the absence of pressure in the air conditioning (no refrigerant), the controller normally allows the compressor to work and runs everything dry. This is just a fairy tale

Gentlemen, Hello, it is impossible to make an executive test of the air conditioning clutch, I tried to do a test of the second speed of the fan and this one does not start, the first one without problems. I repeat. The car in the controller sees that the air conditioning is working and the car with the air conditioning is coded in the option. What is the driver's copying, how the air conditioning worked without problems! I gave the ECU to check, we'll see what comes out of it.

For a split personality, sorry, but I will not help
Maybe an exorcist - but it's probably not on this forum :D
Besides, I did not write about this particular case, but I know such cases of copying the software in the factory that contradicts the logic of operation

Hello, I meant that when the relay is outside, the air conditioner works, the engine controller was damaged, after the repair of the ECU, the air conditioner flashes nice, thank you all for your help. best regards

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a malfunctioning air conditioning system in a 2008 Renault Kangoo 1.5 Dci. The user reports that while the air conditioning clutch and coil are operational, the system fails to cool effectively. Despite the air conditioning being properly charged and the pressure sensor showing low values, the ECU does not activate the relay for the air conditioning. Various suggestions are made, including checking the second fan speed, the pressure switch, and the ECU for potential faults. The user later discovers that the issue was related to a damaged engine controller, which was repaired, allowing the air conditioning to function correctly again.
