I warmly welcome,
I would like to advise people who have more experience than I do in VCDS. I had a Check Engine lamp yesterday. I borrowed a cable from a friend and this is how the error appeared on the log.
000289 - Throttle Position Sensor (G69)
P0121 - 000 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent - MIL ON
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 10100000
Fault Priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 1
Reset counter: 255
Mileage: 171073 km
Time Indication: 0
Date: 2011.10.12
Time: 19:38:03
In connection with the fact that I do not know somehow fully about VCDS, maybe someone will tell me if this is a one-time error (freq = 1) or is it a complete lack of signaling with the throttle? I will only add that the car keeps revs and drives as it should. If it clears the error, does everything return to normal?
