    Hello,
the problem with my S6 EDGE appeared when the switched on phone was charging for some time and I decided to call - only a charging symbol on the screen, the phone could not be turned on. After the reset (on button + mute button), the phone stops at the Samsung logo, there is no response to connecting the charger, the diodes are also off. The phone was bought about a year ago in Saturn - there is still a guarantee, the only question is whether they will accept it if there is a broken glass on the back (fall over half a year ago from a low height)? Thanks for the answer.

For starters, try to use the warranty, they should not stick to a broken flap.

However, they clung to. They stated that I had to go to an authorized Samsung service center, where I would repair the back of the housing (about PLN 200) and then I would be able to return the phone for a warranty - they said that when submitting it would not be possible to properly assemble it (but why fold it if it is software). I am wondering whether I should not simply have the software uploaded to some GSM service?

Who was picking on? Where were you with that phone? Order a courier and send it directly to an authorized service center.

Before any authorized service starts this phone, they will unfortunately want to replace the back cover, such instructions are provided. The phone must be 100% operational for information to be processed. And no matter where he gives away, it will be the same everywhere.

I sent phones many times in a deplorable condition where even the touch was cracked and the warranty repair was done.
They have no instructions or grounds to void the warranty in this case, but it is true that often the warranty is voided for no reason.

If he doesn't send, he won't be convinced.

Samsung is not Sony :) Unfortunately, I have completely different experiences with such repairs, many times customers' phones returned with the note that first paid repair and then they can check the phone. Sony is a different story, almost everything is under warranty, but Samsung is more clingy.
