    Hello.
As in the subject, the "last" touch button does not work for me. Lights up but doesn't work. I will add that the back button works fine. The telephone did not fall down and I did nothing with it. I turned the phone off and on and forced Touchviz to stop. Do you know what it might be ? Thanks in advance :)

    This is how it looks.
I will immediately warn you that my phone has a cover ;)

And the problem is that the button in the circle does not respond to touch (there is also no vibration when touched)

It can be caused by unwanted software (some application) and the system tries to block it because it tries to gain access to the system.

Tell me Do you have a Charger Input at the bottom or top of the phone?

If at the bottom you probably played / played or used an application that consumes a lot of CPU, e.g. MESSENAGER
and the phone has warmed up and in a place where it is connected it has overheated and the wire has melted it is very similar if the input from the charger is at the bottom of the phone.

In the middle at the bottom.
I used the phone many times during charging (be it messenger, youtube or even pokemon go). It wasn't until yesterday that this button stopped working. And it is possible that only this melted, and from the "back" button no longer?

Unfortunately yes I had this problem with SAMSUNG GALAXY Y I only had the bad luck that it worked for me to the middle button.
It happened to me 2/3 years ago but still

So the only solution is the service? How much did you pay then?
