Hello, using the F9 button I enter the menu, where there is an option to reset the settings to the initial state / delete everything and after a while there is an error when resetting the computer to its initial state. Maybe someone knows what the problem is? I read to connect the keyboard and ESC, but then we have the BIOS settings. The recovery partition exists on the disk.

This is a flash drive. Try if it turns on from Windows. If not how it will turn on, turn it off and repeat it until it says "preparing an automatic repair". Then select reset to factory settings. If it does not work, download Windows 10 from the Microsoft website (the key will be downloaded from the BIOS) and install. Drivers will get you how to write to Kiano Polska on Facebook (I got it) because they are still building a website. You can still look for clues in the BIOS.
I had such a problem, but the problem was that there are no files to delete and can not delete anything for good reason. :D

    Hello
I had a problem with resetting the W10 Anniversary Update - an error occurred.
I made a clean installation of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. How do you get back to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update with recovery in this laptop?

so I wrote with kiano "start-> computer settings-> update and recovery-> recovery-> choose the option through which you want to restore the settings: 1. Refresh the computer while retaining existing files (only temporary files are deleted) 2. Delete all data and reinstall Windows (re-install the system and remove everything - IMPORTANT! SAVE THE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT MS - again, we do not create another account, because one has already been assigned to the motherboard, when we forget the password or account we have to purchase a license and then create a new account.) 3. Advanced startup (system installation on a carrier). " how you turn on the laptop is F9 and it should also enter the system restore, I had it but it was wrong. as you have a guarantee, write to them, after that I received a new kiano

I just did a restoration and reinstalled Windows without any errors, but this is the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update version ... I thought it would restore Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Does anyone know how to do it? Is the recovery replaced with the latest version of the system?

On my other laptop after upgrading from 8 to 10, the Recovery partition has changed, interestingly the producer's programs have remained, and maybe even in the new version. (?) Could this Lenovo Solution Center download a new Recovery image? Anyway, after the last restoration, I had 1703 and I did an upgrade in 1603 or something so Windows 10 replaces the Recovery version too. And what is the problem with her? I will help you :-)
