Samsung UE50EH5300 - "Jumping" top and bottom image - movie attached

Hello to all forum members.

I have the following problem with my Samsung UE50EH5300 TV. The TV turns on without any problems, at first there were white stripes at the top of the screen, and now the picture keeps "jumping" up and down.
The problem occurs regardless of whether any device is connected via HDMI or not.
I removed the back cover and visually checked the motherboards, power supply and reattached the tapes to the matrix, but the fault persisted.

Please give me a hint where the possible cause of the problem may lie and what the approximate cost of the repair may be (I am asking because I live abroad and I would have to take a TV set to PL when going on vacation).

Take it.
After your vacation you will either be almost operational (if you find a good service that will try to resuscitate it), or you will buy a new one.

What do you mean by "almost operational"? if you can know ...

Damaged matrix. Managed service should repair.

Do not write that fix it, because the matrix will never be functional again. Although everything will be visible. And not twice.

Standard, matrix for "repair", i.e. masking the defect.
