Laptop connection with Smart TV via HDMI cable - no sound on TV

I wanted to display a movie from a Dell Inspiron N7110 laptop via HDMI cable on a Samsung JU55 Smart TV, but there is only picture and no sound. Windows 10. I read a lot of posts on the subject that you need to select the default audio device as TV in the Sounds menu, but I have nothing but the speaker icons, both options on hidden devices tagged.
I uninstalled the Realtek HD Audio driver and reinstalled it did not help. I tried to download the Intel video card driver, which is also supposed to be responsible for sending audio over HDMI, but he writes that I have the latest.
I don't know how to bite it anymore, and I'll add that it worked for me earlier and the Tv icon was displayed besides the Speakers in the Sounds menu, but now it is gone.

The driver for the nVidia card was responsible, which supports the HDMI output on the laptop, the second Intel driver only supports the laptop display. Help from nVidia Polska proved helpful, as it presented the procedure for removing the installed driver and uploading a new one.
INSTRUCTIONS: DDU - Uninstalling graphic drivers
1. Download the NVIDIA Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from the link below.

2. After downloading the tool, run it. The program will ask you to start the computer in safe mode - select the yes option. After starting your computer in safe mode, delete all NVIDIA files as follows:

4. Click on Clean and Restart
5. After restarting the system, repeat the above steps (1-4), this time remove the Intel drivers
Before removing drivers using the DDU program, be sure to start the computer in safe mode with network support!

I downloaded the latest driver from the nVidia website and it worked, now when I hook up a laptop to TV, for example, a TV icon is displayed in audio devices and of course the sound works.
