I uploaded on the laptop (Asus R556L-W8.1 / 64) the car diagnostic program VCDS, which previously went on W7 / 64. I can't install the drivers because they are probably not digitally signed. I read on the net that in this case you should turn off digital signature control.
1 /. How to do it?
2 /. Will you need to enable this check after installing the drivers again.
3 /. Does disabling / enabling this control affect previously installed programs?

    1. link
    2. For security you should but do not have to.
    3. It has no effect as long as every installed driver (without signature) does not affect it.

I found this instruction earlier and came to the screen where the F7 key should be "disable enforcement" and unfortunately I can't select it. As if the function key (s) did not work through the fn button as well as through the control panel, nothing can be initialized / changed, control panel -> hardware and sound -> mobility center ... and I don't have the option "adjust frequently used settings" :(

I have options such as turning the speaker on / off via fn + F10 fn + F12 but the F7 itself does not work :( , I read on the net that you need to change something in the bios.

Menu start / Run / cmd and enter.
    In the console:
    Quote:
    bcdedit / set nointegritychecks ON

and to enable the installation of signed drivers:
    Quote:
    bcdedit / set nointegritychecks OFF

    After changing the computer restart

Thanks very much to my colleagues, I managed according to the first instruction, I connected an external keyboard and got the F7 option, installed the drivers and program, it just came back from the garage and everything "reads" the car :) .

The only thing left is whether to turn digital signature control back on, probably according to the same instructions.
    Thanks again for your time.
