ASUS R556L Laptop: Sound Not Working, Red X on Volume Icon, Driver Updates & Installations

Hello. I have a laptop from ASUS model R556L. For several days, the voice icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen has a red X. I can not turn up anything, as if the voice control buttons (F10, F11, F12) do not work. When I click on the voice icon in the bar, the program solving appears. A message was displayed saying that I should restart my computer to finish installing the drivers and updates, but I've done so several times and nothing has improved. I went into the device manager and it says that everything works fine, there are no exclamation marks or something. I also went into some other settings (I don't remember where, because I had clicked everything when it was going) and it said that the speakers were disconnected. I downloaded drivers from Asus, but I downloaded the entire package (.rar) and for nothing I know what to install, what to click, how to do it, because I completely do not know it. Ratuuunkuuu



Oh, when I connect headphones, they also don't work.

Extract the archive and look for the Setup icon (blue) and install it. What you can't do

I just did it and nothing helped, so I thought I was doing something wrong. Anyway, it's still the same ... I give up. But thanks for trying to help

It installs itself, writes that you need to restart the computer, but later the same. Still nothing working
