    Hello.
Is it necessary to unscrew this screw in the middle to improve the string replacement? As you can see I tried, the mower is a week and the screw will not even move.
Please help me deal with the problem as easily as possible.

Try turning it clockwise :) There may be a left-hand thread.

It will dig out a little bit but I just smashed this starter, and this screw is not to unscrew it, only it has 2 rows of multi-grooves and I just need to pry and pull up. I tried to unscrew it by force and I got plastic in this multi-line. Maybe it will be useful to someone. I paid 15 zlotys for the new starter

So how many times have you turned it off a hundred? I always unscrew it facilitates and speeds up the exchange if you know how to do it (because the spring may pop up).

I turned it a few times and did not want to come back later. I needed to fix the spring because I fell from this internal latch and did not twist the cord.

Gee, I have just such a problem with this Demon when I was replacing the starter rope, the spring that is at the very bottom popped out, I retracted it but cannot adjust it in any way when I put it on, it jumps out of this groove and even after folding the rope does not retract back. What can I do in this situation?
    Thank you for any feedback.
