I have been a user of a scythe as in the title for 12 years, probably. Today my pull line broke. I unscrewed it and? It can be dismantled somehow, because I do not know how to wind a new line. The cutter looks like this:

There is a "screw" in the center of the circle for a Phillips screwdriver, but it does not twist.
I know the scythe is old, but the engine itself works quite well and I have invested a bit in it over the years: a seatpost with a new shaft, a few angular gears. In addition, I run it every time and cut it for several hours at a time, with a break for refueling.
PS
A few years ago I had a problem with it, it didn't smoke, it walked unevenly, etc. A friend fitted the ignition coil from the 300cc Linhai 4x4 Chinese Quad Bike. Since then, I have not had the slightest problem with firing, extinguishing, etc. Even after winter, I start as if it would work yesterday. I am writing, it may be useful to someone.
And after a few cheesy heads, I put a Husqvarna head into the line. I added a comfortable Stihl harness and I have been doing it until today.
If someone is able to help me, tell me something - I will be grateful.
