Megane 1 '96 1.6 A/C Blower Not Working in Any Gear: Exploring Fuses, UCB, Relay & 6 Airflow Speeds

Hello. Megane 1 96r 1.6 with AC 6 airflow speeds.
Fuses ok for ucb and under the hood, ucbika I pulled out all the plugs in it and installations as new, surprisingly, on the panel with the airflow knob there are two pros on the yellow wires from the fuse box and on another, the mass comes out of the panel only on the 6th gear on one pin. on ucb the relay does not respond when switching 0-6 in any gear does not tick. on the pit the brown relay has no power supply and there is one plus on the resistor.
The question is, if the mass comes out of the panel in 6th gear, I should hear the relay on ucb because I can't find it anywhere ...

In these meganks, there is a module with two transistors at the shaft to regulate the speed of the fan and they often fall from what I remember (I did something like that 2 years ago - and the contacts burn out). Is that how you are?

this module is a blower resistor / resistor. if it were worth it, I would have a plus on the relay and it would be in the 6th gear.
for posterity I came to the heart of the problem. on the left of the battery are fuses and a white cube that looked best but okay, after a deep inspection it came out what is the blower flashes in all gears

I did not go deep into this system, but so when the module (resistor) is damaged, the fan is in the highest gear.
But generally, these models often burn contacts.
