VW GOLF IV 98r 1.9 TDI AHF - Problem with the Vgate iCar 2 interface

Yesterday I bought the VGATE iCar2 interface, after connecting, no program can connect to the car.
The interface supports such protocols:
- J1850 PWM (41.6 kbaud)
- J1850 VPW (10.4 kbaud)
- ISO 9141-2 (5 baud init, 10.4 kbaud)
- ISO KWP (5 baud init, 10.4 kbaud)
- ISO KWP (fast init, 10.4 kbaud)
- ISO CAN (11 bit ID, 500 kbaud)
- ISO CAN (29 bit ID, 500 kbaud)
- ISO CAN (11 bit ID, 250 kbaud)
- ISO CAN (29 bit ID, 250 kbaud)

From what I noticed in the car plug, I only have pins: 4,5,7,16
I read and found out that the protocol is suitable for these pins: ISO9141 / ISO14230
I was looking for interfaces for this protocol but I can't find anything.
I will probably resell iCar 2 if nothing can be done.
