Hello. Recently, I have been struggling with a quite annoying problem related to the battery in my Sony Xperia Z1 C6903 smartphone. Well, I've never had a problem with the battery. Fully charges up, everything works. Recently, however, during normal use with a charge of 44%, my phone suddenly turned off. Just. After restarting, its status was 1%. As if it discharged in a second. I thought it was a one-time "prank", but yesterday I had exactly the same situation. The phone is not somehow tortured with some applications of unknown origin, it is normally used, not broken, without any so-called "spider veins". The fact is that it is already old, because I have it for 2.5 years and it is long after the warranty, but such behavior is unacceptable. I would like to add that I charge it with the original charger and changing the battery on my own is unlikely to be an option due to its water resistance. If someone encountered a similar situation, I would ask for help. Thanks in advance.

At the beginning, replacing the battery, you can think of nothing else.

    Hello
The batteries don't sit down that often with normal use, but you may have come across an unlucky one. This is what it looks like.

    Can you develop it?

Yesterday I changed the battery in A5 2016 that had been used for 9 months, it swelled and the flap has become cough.

As you can see, because you are probably working at it, the newer batteries are of lower quality. Not so long ago, I took the Sony K805 out of the closet and after many years of work and then aging, I kept the battery for 7 days with little use. It's just a myth now :)

Well, I've been working on it for over a dozen years and that's why I wrote that you need to replace the battery and you write completely pointless in one post differently and in the other differently.

I will say this: you can not say that new batteries do not last, because I have a Sony M2 and after 4 years the battery is nice, but what matters is the way of using, discharging, the charger used and the application that finish the batteries. So it can be different.

So only battery replacement is an option? Because today I had the same thing and I noticed that it is done exactly at 43%. Does it matter? Maybe there is a short circuit at this level?

Finding faults begins with the simplest things, and this is battery replacement.
You want to look for a short circuit, then look for a diagram in a paw, a table meter, a telephone disassemble and go to work.

In z1 I had a similar problem. Bareria to be replaced in my case.

For example, 40% and discharged in a moment. As soon as he fell in this area, it turned off.
