Hello, at the outset I would like to inform you that I have looked through some forums and google websites and have not found much information about the defect of my phone.
But let's start from the beginning. I have been an Honor 8 phone holder for 5 months; the phone is great, unfortunately I have had a battery problem for some time. The failure is as follows:
- Charging the battery, as always, takes about 2 hours from zero
- The phone is able to turn off completely at random times, e.g. 66% and suddenly a message that the battery is low.
- After such an emergency switch off and connection for charging, it turns out that the battery still has 66% and not as before 0 or 1
I will add that from about 2 weeks this problem appears, moreover the battery discharges much faster (2 days earlier now 10 hours), which is funny that a colleague who has the honor of 8 Dual Sim also observed this problem at a similar time.
I am writing here because I have heard somewhere recently that newer phones have battery processor control, and the processor may be to blame for this and not the battery.
I would like to ask for help in diagnosing the problem and, if possible, solving it. I will add that I am not some super-knowledgeable person in these fields.
