Hello. I have a problem with the LTE band. I have an E3372 modem from a CP network.
I bought a better antenna and would like to set a different band but in CP after connecting the modem there is no change option, only LTE, 3G etc. There is no option to choose between 800MHz or 1800MHz. How can I change it? Because no programs that I found and read through the forums do not work.

I add a screan Huawei E3372 Modem - Changing LTE Band (800MHz/1800MHz) on CP Network with Improved Antenna

I have modified the topic, the frequency is not the band in MHz.

And why such a statement you use LTE800 at all? Don't know why you forced LTE-A on the modem with LTEWatchH and the B315 does not aggregate bands, force LTE800 then LTE1800 and show screenshots. These tests are with this broadband invention pretending to be an antenna, who sold you this and what is it called? Which BTS have you set this wonder for and where do you want to use Plus? LTE signal parameters tragic.

Antenna set to the nearest antenna or Domatówko, In CP they said to set it to Gościcino but then there was nothing at all.

You bought some scrap metal and you don't know why you don't deign to provide the location. On the first screnee (this Band44) you connected to BTS LTE1800Aero2 Kapino. Another of LTE800 is a connection with the only active BTS LTE800sferii in this area, i.e. BTS Lisewo. On LTE1800 on the last one is BTS LTE1800 aero2 Warszkowo. Probably recently Plus has launched LTE1800 on it. At 1800MHz, the signal practically excludes proper LTE Plus / CP operation. On LTE800 better but without crazy if with antenna. By the way, what are your problems with LTE from CP?

I don't know their markings. There are forests around me, and the antenna from Lisewo is in a completely different direction. As if behind my back, I am in Rybno. CP performance has always been between 20-40Mbps, and has dropped to 15 for about six months. At times, even the movie won't load. CP gives only one type of antenna, others are not for sale. When I talked to them, they said that I should buy a directional antenna and set it to Gościcino, but in Warsaw it is closer. That is why it is directed in this direction. RSSI -85 is better than the old one because it was sometimes above -100. They were surprised that I had internet at all.

Tell me, does it make any sense to invest in any antenna in this location? Because I think none of them will change anything here. The bath is a total of about 20Km from me. Closest in warszkowa but I did not know that they have LTE any. A Lisewo from 5km, but it blocks this direction block, so I would not think that some range from it will be.

Your problem is that you have chosen a weak operator, in addition with poor equipment and the next is that you listen to consultants telling nonsense. Even their coverage map has not been working for several days http://www.cyfrowypolsat.pl/oferta/internet/mapa-zasiegu.cp CP has never offered antennas because these AKc2uni are hard to think of as such. But the biggest thing is that you bought another shit, not an antenna. Hand it over and buy a Dual LTE antenna for 1800MHz. Set up BTS-y Warszkowo and then Lisewo, force LTE1800 and check your speeds. On LTE1800Aero2 has 20MHz bandwidth in MIMO and on LTE800 Sferia only 5MHz in MIMO. The decrease in speed is caused by the increase in load on BTS. RSSI does not matter, other LTE signal parameters count.

This is a Dual Lte antenna. I took this operator because a colleague who literally lives half a kilometer goes me and has normal values. And on their air. I am in an unusual place. But we will try. Which antenna would you recommend?

You didn't buy the antenna but the silencer, and you didn't specify what the invention was. You have LTE1800Aero2 in Warszków 4km to BTS and the signal parameters on this scrap are tragic, probably worse than without an antenna. It is the same on LTE800 Sferia from Lisewo, 5km to BTS and the signal for this band is weak. And a colleague has the same idea about mobile internet and equipment (choosing E3372 is a misunderstanding) and offers like you. This is a bad advisor, the operator's choice is preceded by tests on the LTE phone with the Network Cell Info application and pre-paid cards. In Rybno there is LTE-A coverage in Play with BTS-a LTE1800 + LTE800 Gniewino (lookout tower), LTE2100 also works on it and there is a permit for LTE2600. Orange and T-mobile have coverage on LTE800 from BTS NetWorks Tadzino / Lisewo or Kartoszyna and Lubocina. An 800MHz antenna is needed for LTE800. Effective Dual LTE1800MHz antenna works like this https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3346947.html, of course, it is about http://www.cybertech.com.pl/p130,antena-dualna-lte-4g-15dbi-do- Huawei-e3272-e3372-mimo.html

And that's the problem. Neither Orange nor T-Mobile have coverage. I know because I flew the networks myself to match the best coverage. Plus and Play are the only networks that can do it. Nothing else has coverage. With T-Mobile outside, you get fucked looking at the phone if you have enough range to call. It's the same with Orange. Play something different. He's flashing like stupid.

BTS-t LTE800Networks have been launched recently, the phone must support LTE800 and testing must be done according to the rules. For the Internet, as I wrote for LTE800, I need effective antennas at 800MHz. In such a location, for each operator, an antenna for a selected band is necessary and not some broadband inventions, it is a few km to the base stations. and forests along the way. Orange and T-mobile have also long-range coverage with BTS NetWorks Lisewo on 3g and both on UMTS900 with HSPA + and UMTS2100 with HSPA + DC. On HSPA + DC, speeds are high. Now the range has reached LTE800. You have up-to-date knowledge on this subject, 3G Orange, T-mobile has been available for 4 years, of course, on the right equipment and external antenna. 45 months for PLN 5 / month without contract. The CP offer with them is a poor relative.

I understand that you are looking at parameters etc., but here seriously there is no coverage on orange and t-mobile. There are more possibilities at fish above. But not at my bottom. After getting tired a little bit on it I will only change this antenna. When my contract ends I will change to play.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing difficulties in changing the LTE band on a Huawei E3372 modem connected to a CP network after upgrading to a better antenna. The user seeks to switch between 800MHz and 1800MHz bands but finds no option available in the modem settings. Various responses highlight the importance of using the correct antenna for the desired LTE band, with suggestions to test different configurations and locations. Users express skepticism about the effectiveness of the current antenna and recommend a dual LTE antenna for better performance. The conversation also touches on the limitations of the CP network and the necessity of proper equipment for optimal signal reception.
