Samsung S8 Plus Unable to Read SIM Card Data: Vectone Mobile Network, Contacts & Top-Up Issues

A few days ago I bought a used Samsung s8 plus smartphone and I have no idea why it does not read my data from the sim card, I have no contacts or, worst of all, I can not even top up my account because an error pops up, you can not call me or anything like that But the range is . I tried to change the call forwarding, but also an error pops up. Does anyone know what can be done about it?

Have you checked the sim card on another phone? Have you checked another card on this samsung?

Where did you get the version for 2 sim cards? I hope that it is not aledro, if so, first check if it is not a Chinese fake. If it's an authentic samsung check if the names are displayed correctly and if you can call 112.
