    Hi.
I have connected hikvision cameras to the Hikvision 7616 K2 recorder.
The recorder has an IP of 192.168.1.4. The cameras have the address 192.168.1.10-22
The preview on the monitor works.

Internet is from Orange (landline). The router connected to the socket has IP 192.168.1. (On the ground floor) and it is transmitted via WiFi to the second router (repeater) with the address 192.168.1.80 (upstairs). The Internet works correctly on both routers. I have a router on the first floor connected by a LAN cable to the recorder.

The problem starts when I want to start camera preview on my phone via Hik-connect.
By. Internet instructions in the recorder options - on the network - I need to enable DHCP.
Then I lose the video from the cameras on the monitor (they work only when the recorder has static IP enabled).

In the next tab - access to the platform - I turn on Hik-Connect. I gave the access code and the device status changes to Not connected 0x1007.

    I've already tried:
    - Leave the static recorder IP on the network and enter DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
    - enable recorder DHCP and try to connect to it without video from cameras
    - I set up port forwarding on both routers to try to connect to the recorder rigidly via IP / Domain

    Nothing works.

My guess is that until my recorder is online, I will not be able to connect to it. But how to do it?

Thank you in advance for any help! :)

Have you registered and added the recorder at euauth.hik-connect.com?

Is it possible, if on the floor you connect your laptop with a LAN cable to the router. Do you have internet on it? Remember to turn off WiFi on your laptop.

You do not need to enable DHCP. Provide addressing outside the router's address pool for the recorder.
You don't have a net in NVR.

    For clarity:
This monitor is connected directly to the recorder or in the local network? Because the description indicates that it is a monitor from the computer and not a direct view.

It turned out that the fault was in the recorder. Only after logging in to him via computer, his status changed from offline to online. I have no idea why it happened, I met it for the first time. I did nothing but log in to the recorder through the browser.
Thank you all for your willingness to help! :)
