    Hello,

    [TeamViewer v. 12]

I have a problem turning on the "black screen" so that I do not see what I do on a remote laptop.

Below is information about the model and system:
    1) KIANO Intelect X3 (hybrid laptop / tablet model)
    2) Windows 10 Home (32 bit)
    3) Intel Atom processor

The "black screen" driver has been installed.
The latest display drivers are installed in Windows.

In TeamViewer the "Block remote input" option is enabled and when I select the "Show black screen" option, only the "black screen" flashes on the laptop and the entire Windows desktop is visible again.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Explain:

    You have 2 machines:

    1. KIANO
    2.?

Which screen is "blinking" on the black screen?

Have you tried TM v11 - it works?

I have a desktop computer from which I connect to KIANO.
The screen flashing is on KIANO, which is trying to execute the "black screen" command.
I tried to run the "black screen" option on other versions of TeamViewer, but to no avail.

I installed the competitive "Any Desk" program, but it doesn't have the "hide screen" option.

I wonder if there is a program that generates a "fake screen" - the observer sees some screen there, but I can manage this computer because the observer does not see what I do.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that KIANO can be operated by touch.
Perhaps the program has some conflict with the touch screen driver and the effect is that a black screen appears and disappears in a moment as if someone knocked on the screen.

You can try to turn off the touch screen for a moment and try TeamViewer (use a touchpad or mouse)

I checked by turning off the touch screen, but unfortunately it didn't help.
