    Hello bunch.
I have a problem. I changed the timing, oils and deleted inspections, I noticed that I had the option of turning on the speed limiter. And I turned on my universal software at 110km / h .....
    but.
The car does not go faster than 95km / h. Accelerates as usual, he does not lack power.
Now I wanted to remove what I had but I can't. The program now refuses to correctly change the speed to another or completely remove this limitation.
What now? Colleagues from the industry say that the only way out is to change the ECU software ...

Hello. You have improved it yourself (of course, joking), the other way it will be hard, it would be best to control the table and turn off the speed limit.

You can turn the limiter off completely, how many horses you can pull.

I updated the diagnostic software and managed to change the limiter to 130km / h, which actually gives me 110km / h, it pleases me. It is not possible to remove the stop completely but in this case it doesn't matter anymore.

Rather, there is a claim that it is impossible to remove the delimiter completely. It is obvious that it can not be a regular program but flash a good program and there are no restrictions.

Gentlemen with this shack (4.87x2.1x2.4) speeds over 110km / h are with the wind only. On the Fiat website I received information that the repair cost PLN 1500 and waiting time 2 weeks (ordering software from Italy). The 'say' problem is solved :)

What software do you use to set the speed? I need something like this for myself, whether it is software, a regular computer or a specialized computer

Hello, how did you upload this program to the ECU, what interface ? Do you have, any source files?

Topic summary

A Fiat Ducato 2016 2.3 owner modified timing, oils, and inspection settings, then enabled a speed limiter via universal software set to 110 km/h. Despite this, the vehicle speed remained capped at 95 km/h, with normal acceleration and power. Attempts to remove or adjust the limiter failed as the software refused changes. Industry advice suggested ECU software replacement as the only solution. After updating diagnostic software, the limiter was adjusted to 130 km/h, effectively allowing 110 km/h, though complete removal remained impossible. Discussions indicated that standard software cannot fully remove the limiter; flashing the ECU with specialized software is required to eliminate restrictions. The Fiat official service quoted a repair cost of PLN 1500 and a two-week wait for software from Italy. Users inquired about software and interfaces used for speed limiter adjustments, emphasizing the need for specialized tools or flashing capabilities.
