Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910C - S-Pen Stylus Unresponsive, Touch Buttons Working Properly

Colleagues as in the subject, I got a Note 4 SM-N910c in which the so-called stylus does not work. When I eject it from the phone, the response is correct, there is sound and vibration, and on the right side of the screen a menu for the stylus appears, but unfortunately no reaction to the stylus when touched, only responds to these two lower touch buttons back and menu. I uploaded new software through a smart switch in recovery mode but nothing has been done is still the same. After opening any signs of flooding or moisture, like new.
I am asking for some tips.

I am also looking for answers, the main camera mentioned to me, the stylus has not worked since then, he has undressed once and checked, everything is connected as it should be.

The stylus panel has been damaged, it is replaceable in note 3, I don't know how in note 4.

I managed, after unscrewing the phone, it turned out that there are two tapes by the display and one of them just did not completely enter the socket, after pressing everything is ok.
