Some time ago on my Note 4 appeared: set warrannty bit kernel. The phone was lying around for some time so I decided to turn it on. I connected to the charger and it started displaying the battery charging. But after a while it went blank (normal) but stopped responding (no reaction - no vibration, black screen). Have you tried running it in download mode? I would check the battery voltage.
