Neutralization of condensate from a condensing boiler - regulations

Hello,
due to the fact that it is difficult to find your way in Polish regulations, turn to you for help.

Do you know any regulations (regulations or standards) that regulate the necessity to neutralize the condensate generated during the operation of a gas condensing boiler?
Apparently, it is necessary for installations with a capacity of over 200 kW, from 40-200 kW some calculations have to be made, although so far no one was able to provide the regulations that he refers to.
