    Hello
I have such a problem. I used the phone for over a year, 2 weeks ago I bought a new phone and it went to the drawer, there were never any problems with the phone. Practically from the beginning it had a crack in the glass, but it did not bother anything and everything worked. To my surprise, I took out the phone today with the idea of taking photos and putting it on sale and the phone does not turn on, nor does it respond to the connection of the charger. I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but before throwing it into the closet, I performed a factory reset and then turned it off. The phone was with tmobile and is under warranty until February 2019. I was in tmobile today, but I was informed that due to the fact that the screen has a crack, the service will have to repair it (because when removing the phone, it will definitely break all the way) no matter what inside broke down and I will have to pay about 700 PLN for this repair. what do you advise what can i do? is there any point in repairing it then? or throw it in the trash? :)

Describe and display on the Allegro. Because if it were not for the crack, it could be repaired under the warranty.

Over half an hour and nothing, no reaction. Tel and cold charger. When I turned it off 2 weeks ago, it had 60%

And I can not give back and mark the screen not to repair only what is broken inside? Such a repair is 150-200, not 700. Or just made an expert opinion?

Well, you see, there is a risk of complete damage to the LCD when disassembling it. And an expert opinion without opening it, it may be a damaged motherboard or battery .... Leave it connected to the charger until tomorrow. Maybe the battery will "wake up" to life.

Ok I will. The spider is only on the glass, the touch and the LCD was not touched.

You need to recharge the battery outside the phone. To remove the batteries, you have to disassemble the entire phone.

Still connected all night, no reaction. When I give up a guarantee, can I give it only for the expertise? and that, for example, they would call how much the repair will cost and if I do not agree, they would send it back in the condition it is? The phone is worth around 700, so it misses the point of repairing the screen for 700-800 on the site, since something inside does not work anyway (probably the motherboard)

In order to make an expert opinion, they still have to disassemble the phone, which is associated with its further damage.

I am aware of this, but today the phone is still in the bin. After an expert opinion, can I refuse to repair a broken glass?

Then you will get a phone without a screen and what will you do with it?
Even the website will not test it without a screen. Then go to the regular GSM service, maybe they can do something there.

If you have the option, recharge the battery in another phone

The battery is BUILT-IN - it will not get into it without taking the phone apart.

How do they want to damage the screen when taking apart? It puzzles me a lot, after all, to disassemble this phone and remove the disc does not interfere with the LCD too much. It is a very simple operation.
