    Hello
I have a problem with Italico. The first defect he had was a water leak from the housing, after reading the post and advice of forum members, I undressed it and found a broken valve. I exchanged for delonghi as forum members advised, it works, draws water, heats, but coffee does not fly or even boiling water.
I disassembled the boiler, a lot of stone, which the capsule does not clean, but I could not disassemble the valve with the green seal that contacts the capsule (valve and seal and three teeth to pierce the capsule inside.
    The question is:
what is the reason that the machine does not make coffee?
can the valve with the green seal be clogged and how to disassemble it?

I am asking for opinions and solutions
    thank you

you need to use a socket wrench -17- and you can unscrew this element with a gasket and teeth, and inside the heater there is a valve - a rubber ball with a spring - which can be removed and the socket cleaned a bit !!!
    Good luck
    ps.
I can not start the pump that does not feed water to the heater, buzzing and does not give even though I start it without any hoses.
