Hello. I have an Iveco Daily 35 c11 from 2001. The problem is the very hard front suspension, it's so hard that after a long ride it feels like someone has kicked my ass well. There is one steel cross spring hidden in the beam, so you cannot see what condition it is in.
Will replacing it with a composite spring help?

I would not replace the spring. Check the play on the control arms and the body suspension on the frame It is on four cushions and here I would have a good look

I have a 35s12 from 2006 and I'm also looking for a way to deal with this ailment. When loaded on the back it's ok, but when empty or loaded on the front, it's a massacre. I think we have this transverse spring broken. but does not want to invest in a new one. We probably also have some rubbers drunk there that hold this spring. I saw in the diagram that these rubbers can be screwed at different intervals. It is a pity that it is not possible to mount the front air suspension, for example in a ducato
