Hello, I am the owner of Iveco from 2000. In the toy car there is a problem with the blower at first it was only at the maximum speed range, so the diagnosis fell on the resistor, however, after replacing it with a drug, nothing else. The fuses are ok. The blower also works well when connected to the battery for a short time. After connecting the multimeter to the plug from the blower on the 1,2,3 range shows less than 12V while on 4 there is a lack of voltage. Here's my question, what may still be wrong and can you check the resistor somehow?

yes, with a multimeter, measure the resistance of the resistor.
    4 pin is mass.
but your description shows that the resistor is damaged.
    best regards.

Tomorrow I will check the resistance and see if I have sold a clever resistor to me: /

Something had to be combined under the dashboard by the previous owner, because after pulling the power from the lighter everything works as it should.
