At first I suspected that the USB port was mechanically damaged. However, I measured the voltage at the USB output towards the phone and after connecting to the charger the power appears.

Another matter: after connecting the charger, the phone does not "see" the charger at all. Other times the camera "sees" the charger, indicates charging, but in fact the battery in the phone does not charge (the charge level is still at the same value of 28%).

What could be the reason for this behavior of the phone?
Will replacing the entire USB socket with the microphone and "ribbon" (available to buy the network) help, or the fault lies elsewhere?

    Change the USB cable first.

The USB cable is part of the Microsoft / Nokia charger. The charger easily charges other devices with a micro USB socket. I have several original chargers for micro USB and with each Lumia does not work.
Do you mean the measurement of the charging current or the power supply of the entire phone?

To begin with, replace the connector, just because voltage just after the connector does not mean that it is good.

That will help, very common case in this Nokia. If you do not want to play in replacing the connector itself, and it is easier for you to replace the module, I would recommend.

That's right Only earlier I would prefer to check the voltage reaching the board, and I do not know how. I just don't like to repair (exchange parts) "on the hook".
I spoke to a service technician from whom I wanted to buy a ribbon with a USB socket, and that service technician, having learned the specific symptoms of charging problems, advised himself not to replace the power bar, claiming that the reason is probably on the side of the disc.

Or i won't help. I would exchange if I was sure. It's not that I don't want to. Replacing (desoldering and soldering) USB socket at the price of the entire ribbon of 10 PLN, it is rather a job for enthusiasts of gouging and soldering. And maybe I would even do that .... but this price and above all the likelihood of making a mistake during assembly / disassembly - makes you lazy ;-)

One more observation: I agreed to pick up the album in person. I turned on my phone to remove the disc and take it "in a pattern" so as not to be disappointed after the purchase. Something touched me to treat the whole disc and ribbon with contact cleaner. I submitted everything and it turned out that it helped! After folding, the phone recharged without any problems. However, when you try to top up again, you will not be able to top up again - the phone will not be charging again. Jacket, what and where can go there? Some "cold" micro-February or what?

I close the thread because without changing the whole subassembly, further discussion does not make any sense.

Attached I publish a photo of the power supply system (with a microphone and USB, etc. ...) by Lumia 535, with marked points (including two factory test points), in which after connecting the power supply from the USB power supply must tension appears. The appearance of voltage in these places (without batteries) excludes a malfunction of the power supply system. A very common bug for this camera model, as it turns out (thanks to KRY5PIN!). If the voltage appears (smaller by value) and the charging is absent, then you can look at the "motherboard". The problem was not USB connector malfunction .

In my case, none of the illustrated points (except USB contacts) of power at all there was no .

Advice on direction diagnosis with his head on his neck, leaning back for measurements and your experience and not automatic system exchange "randomly" ;-)

What does a common discussion (and on FORUM! Where there is no compulsion to answer) have a common sense with the sense of the alleged suggestion of the need to automatically replace the entire system, I really would like to know ... But sure ....! This is the easiest and most convenient way to close it :-)

Thanks for all the tips. I hope that with this post I will help someone in the future to extract the grain from the chaff.
Replacing the complete power system (PLN 20 with secure delivery included) helped.

Lumia 535 Battery Not Charging Despite Power Supply - USB Socket Replacement?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Lumia 535 experiencing charging issues despite the charger being functional with other devices. The user initially suspected a damaged USB port but confirmed voltage presence at the USB output. Responses suggest measuring the charging current and replacing the USB connector, as it is a common issue with this model. Some participants recommend checking the voltage reaching the motherboard, indicating that the problem may not solely lie with the USB connector. The conversation emphasizes the importance of thorough diagnostics before replacing components, as the fault could be elsewhere in the device.
