    Hello
I have a ZTE MF283 + router (Lte from Orange). Unfortunately, there are coverage issues. The transmitter is located at a distance of about 4 km and broadcasts on the 800 band. I plan to buy an external antenna and mount it on the roof and move the router to the attic. Could you advise me which antenna (and antenna cable) to buy for this router. Because the devices in the home are out of the range of the Wifi network, if the router is in the attic, I also need to purchase an access point. Can you choose something for less than PLN 200?

Why a router in the attic? You buy an antenna and set the router in an optimal place. If you need an additional AP, you connect with MF283 + to a LAN-LAN router, e.g. WR-841 and configure it as an AP, it is a better and cheaper option than buying an expensive AP. What are your signal parameters now, how do you know that you connect to LTE800 Orange and with which BTS?
Helpful post? Buy me a coffee.

I can mount the antenna only on the roof or on the balcony, while devices that will be connected to the network are located on the lower floors of the building. I figured it out so much better to pull a twisted pair cable than an antenna cable.

Ok then this issue is solved.

I received this information on the Orange helpline.
As for the signal quality. It is often the case that I don't have Lte at all but HSPA +.

You have 4 km to BTS LTE800 Orange in Zdziechowice Drugie, router at home, in the attic? Poor signal parameters, what speeds? On how many floors do you want to get WiFi coverage?

Exactly so Zdziechowice Drugie. Router parameters given at the moment when it is at home. Later I will move the router to the balcony and give the parameters.

If the antenna were on the balcony is only one floor but I would need a cable at least 15 meters between the antenna and the place where I now have a router.

    Edit.
Parameters and speeds when the router is on the balcony.
