Philips 24PHH4000/88 TV: CI Plus Key Fail Message & HDMI 1 Image Issue - Solutions Needed

Hello, I have a strange problem, I am "green" in these cases and please do not pick on
Well, when I started the TV this morning, the words CI Plus Key Fail appeared in the upper left corner ...
I don't know what's going on but I'm terribly nervous.
The TV was used as a monitor for PC and ps4.
I think after this message, when I try to switch to HDMI 1, I do not catch the image from the console at all.
I don't know if it is this fault but I decided to write about it.
Tried to reset the tv and nothing.

There is a place at the top of the main page of the section, type CI Plus Key Fail there.
Or, on the top bar, click "search".

I've already read a bit about it, but there's not much of it. I know that it is something with the CI input, but why it appears, I do not know. And I have no idea how to get rid of it.
