Welcome. My professional installed a drain for the washing machine at a height of 35cm above the floor. I read that min. Height is 60cm. What should I do in this situation? The tiles are laid, because another professional who laid the tiles apparently completely did not take over. I would add that the drain to the sink is mounted at the same height. Thank you in advance for your response.

The drain pipe from the washing machine must go up and then down to your outflow. If the drain pipe should be placed low and finally raised up to the drain, the washing machine would not be able to draw more water than the 35 cm. The dumped water would run away to the sewage system.

If it's true what you write it will be a problem anyway, maybe not with the washing machine but with the sink. How do you want to connect a siphon at such a height?

Probably you have not been in a shop with PVC fittings for a long time, I had a problem, the cabinet hanging in the bathroom (I did not choose and assemble, "daughter's" wine and the glaze was already placed), back clearance 7cm (cabinet difficult to modify) but the entrance to the sewer protruded a centimeter from the wall, I mixed up and without problems I connected the siphon, it also fitted behind the cabinet, I did not change anything, I made everything like lego blocks. There is everything in shops for today, unfortunately I was building in the early 80's. PS. The vertical siphon tube (between the siphon and the washbasin) is longer and you can mount up to 15cm from the floor, cost about PLN 4.5 if the PVC siphon, if metal about PLN 25-60 depending on how low you want to leave the siphon, here you can not extend only to buy a long metal pipe.

And do you think that's okay?
Everything is possible, even the partisan you are writing about. A magician who has done this should be blamed for such a bungle.

Unfortunately, this outflow under the sink looks terrible, because I bought a sink without a cabinet and all these contraptions are on top. I thought it was just a visual matter. However, now the water leaks. The specialist has nothing to complain about. He thinks he did well. In addition, he says that the maximum height of the drain to the washing machine up to 60cm above the floor ...

I also made the low tide so low. It does not matter, everything works properly only you have to attach this corrugated pipe to the washing machine above and just drop it down to the drain. The band is enough and sometimes the washing machine has such holders for fixing the hoses.

It is at least 20 cm too low.
Enter the "basin outflow height" on Google and you'll see that the standard is about 58cm.
The specialist is not right. You can show him the drawings, which are a whole lot on the net.

Don't listen to these pseudo-advisors, because the bricklayers have read a lot and are throwing out dimensions here, the drain should be above half of the drum, standard washing machines are 85 cm high and the drum is approximately 45.46 cm from the floor to the axis, so if you make the drain 50 cm, it will be lux😉

So why would this be a problem?
You install something like this and the problem is solved.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the issue of insufficient outflow from a washing machine due to the drain being installed at a height of 35 cm, which is below the recommended minimum of 60 cm. Users highlight that the drain pipe must be configured to rise and then descend to facilitate proper drainage. Concerns are raised about the connection to the sink and the potential for leaks, especially since the installation appears visually unappealing. Some participants suggest that a drain height of around 50 cm would be more appropriate, while others share experiences of successfully managing low drain installations. The conversation emphasizes the importance of adhering to standard drain heights to avoid operational issues with washing machines.
