What is the maximum current that can flow for a long time with the OWY (żo) 5x2.5mm2 cable (cable, loose cable) I cannot find in the load tables for this cable under such conditions.

Maybe something closer to this combination. For this cross-section it is about 20A minimum, and it also depends on the conditions.
