Antenna cable for Sharp TV began to cause problems. It was used to receive channels from the DVB-T antenna in the new block (commissioned this year). The problem appeared for the first time about a month ago. The TV suddenly stopped receiving any channels, showing a message that the signal is incorrect or missing.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the plug to the antenna jack helped.
Yesterday the problem appeared again, but this time disconnecting and connecting the antenna cable did not change anything - according to the TV signal is missing or incorrect.
It crossed my mind that the cable was broken, so I went to buy a new one. But connecting a new cable does nothing - "no signal or incorrect signal" according to the TV.

By accident, I noticed that after touching the wire itself (antenna wire) to any metal element of the antenna socket, the image and sound appear on the TV (photo below). The condition is that there is no touch between the socket and plug. I took off the plug, tried to put it on again - cutting off the insulation, laying the screen outside etc. etc. but it did not help at all. Still zero result, but the wire itself in contact with the socket works. The new cable does not work at all - the plug is welded with the cable and I did not take it apart.

Where should I look for the reason? I am a total layman and all the steps I took were based on topics on YT forums and videos :) call a professional? if so, who? electrician?

Call a maintenance technician to check the signal level at the antenna socket.

If it is a new building, the installation must comply with new standards. Probably at the beginning of the operation the signal from the antenna to the cable installation was let in to the element and then a change was made to some - not specified - signal distribution system.
Maybe something just happened and nobody reports it and the building administrator has it in .......
In the end the tenant is to pay and not require ....

The first step is to contact the building administrator and those dealing with such installations. It's their dog's duty that you pay for.
Don't do anything on your own ...
