    Hello.
I have a problem and a question at the same time.
Well, I moved about a month ago to a new apartment and immediately there was a problem with the ground because there was a cable but there was no antenna on the roof so I bought a cable and connected to the TV outlet that was in the apartment. Everything flickered, received all terrestrial television channels until suddenly in the morning I start the TV and "no signal" so already 2 days flies. What could be the reasons? I doubt that the maintenance work lasts two days so it's not that, the cable is new and from the more expensive ones, and it would go down immediately overnight? I also checked the socket with a test tube and there is no current flowing there, is it supposed to be? I think some current should flow and the tube should light up. I bet that the neighbor who is renovating above me cut the cable ... and this is the reason but maybe you have any ideas?

The idea is to report it to the administration.

Not necessarily - he could unscrew the sockets in the apartment at home and you are connected to them in series.
