Hello, I have a strange problem with an acer laptop on the JV71TR board, namely the battery is not working, it writes 100% charge and after disconnecting the power, the laptop turns off.
When turned on on the battery itself, sometimes it takes 1-2 minutes and it turns off again without any messages.
I tried to reset the batteries, I put in and nothing is writing all the time 100%.

    Hello.
How long have you been using this battery :?: It may be worn out or the path between the charger input and battery may be damaged.

    PS
My laptop shows 100% sometimes, although in reality it is below 1% and turns off. I don't know exactly what the fault is. :| I take comfort in the fact that it is already old. :D

    Hello,

I had exactly the same in dellu, although it showed 100% after disconnecting it immediately went out. Of course, replace the used battery with a new one or regenerate it

If possible, try using a different battery to be sure.

Yes, the battery does not reset. Putting it in and out of the laptop won't help. The controller shows nonsense, pay attention to the capacity according to BatteryMon. The controller is definitely for reset. Read suspended topics in this forum.

    Try this:
    http://www.pcworld.pl/porada/Co-zrobic-gdy-laptop-nie-chce-sie-ladowac,367060.html
if it doesn't help, download BatteryBarSetup.
after installing, you will see the battery in the lower right corner, click on it and see how many percent is already used if it is more than 50%
you have to think about replacement or a complaint.

    Greetings.
