Problem with the HP laptop battery - Connected, not charging in the HP ENVY 2in1

I have the following problem: in my HP ENVY 2in1 laptop for a few days, the message that appears when you move the cursor over the battery icon says: "0% remaining (connected, not charging)". The computer only works when it is connected to electricity.
I do not quite understand this state of affairs, because earlier I did not have problems with the battery (on the contrary, after 2 years I still kept about 4 hours).
I made a BatteryMon test, I attach the results below:


Could someone guide me further? Do you think it's a driver problem, did the battery overnight actually fall completely? How can I verify it?

Of course, that the battery could have been damaged "overnight" - it happens.

The easiest way to substitute is a good battery.

My guess is that my advice will not be much useful, but from experience:
- 90% -improved battery
- 10% - motherboard repaired

You answered a question yourself a little. Download the battery diagnostic program and check the percentage of its consumption.

You have already diagnosed the fault.
At the moment the monitor showed 0% charge.
There may be 3 reasons>
damaged battery
damaged power supply (without voltage on the middle pin will work but will not charge)
damaged loading on the disc
Actions
substitute another battery
the bases are the same with the same power supply

If nothing changes, there will be a glitch on the disc.
