Audi A4 B5 Avant: Replacing Original Driver's Front Door Speaker - Options?

Which speakers will fit in place of the original to the driver's front door in the Audi A4 B5 Avant after lifts. The loudspeaker which is built into the door makes a cracking sound and I have to replace it, but the problem is finding the original one, and if you find it then the prices for a teenage speaker are absurd. I am not talking about modifications, mounting a larger speaker (I found such a topic) etc., but only about replacing it with a similar one without making any modifications.

Generally, cars have several diameters, 10 (in this case I do not think), 13, 16cm and it is to be compatible.
Only the steam can be replaced (it makes sense), otherwise it will not be acoustically successful

I bought a pair of speakers in a set with spacers and an adapter. The problem is that I have no idea what this adapter is for and what to use it for. It looks like this:



The wires to the door have a larger plug. From this plug come the cables to the tweeter and the one mounted below (the one that I want to replace). It looks like this (photo taken from the internet):



Wires with connectors terminated in this plug (one wider, the other narrower). I already thought about cutting the plug from the adapter and soldering the connectors with the original cable, but here again the problem arises - on the original speaker there are no markings which are plus or minus.

If it's a system of only these two speakers (understand: there are no complementary ones on the front / rear shelf), it doesn't matter, just as much.

In the front there are only two doors on each side. In the back they are also in the door.
