astra g - speedometer tachometer and temperature and fuel indicators do not work

Hello, I bought Astre g 1.8 98 years.
The speedometer, tachometer and fuel and temperature indicators do not work. After starting the meter backlight turns on. The diode from the lights and the direction works. The radio does not work either. The backlight turns on only until the speakers are silent.
I will add that after holding the buttons next to the date and time display it shows the speed of the vehicle. Please help. The seller suggested that the fuses are OK. are there any other fuses hidden under the board that I can check ??? Regards

Probably damaged array. You did not write whether the other indicators (oil pressure, handbrake, diagnosis) are on.

Fuses F13, F19, F21, F22, F34 in the cabin.

fault removed Fuse f13 missing.
