Hello, I have a problem with the spark in 110. The coil with the pipe is new, the Stator coil is new, the plug is good, the voltage regulator is new. The spark appears only when I unplug the gray cable from the module that goes to the starter relay and probably to the relay. Quad then fires but at high speed and will not turn it off only by removing the pipe. after contacting the gray cable with ground, the meter shows that the conductor is there. Where can it make a short circuit? On the relay or the module but the module was new or something else ?? These cables from the relay were like that from always and there was no problem with inflammation. If anyone has any ideas to write it

Unplug the gray cable from the module and start the quad, then give the mass to this place on the module, if it goes out, you have to find why the mass is on the gray wire (ignition switch, engine switch, short circuit of the harness)

so I did the gray cable disconnected from the relay.Quad lights it up, it can be put out, no matter if it is an ignition switch or a switch, and after touching the gray cable to the relay. Now, unfortunately, the quad is smoking quite intensively, especially if you can get more gas while driving. be a broken module? because I do not have one hundred percent certainty about it. The old module is burnt (no spark as it is connected and it is on) It all started with how I was fumbling at the relay because something did not touch there and did not turn the starter always, you had to move the relay and the starter was turned. Finally I replaced the battery and when connecting the relay (because I tried a different one) I must have made a mistake in connecting the cables to the relay, there was a short circuit and something lit up in front (I bet this old module). fine, because there was also a detachable cable from the gaszak.Jakieś ideas, gentlemen ?? :)

What color of the smoke? Don't feel like burnt oil?

Well, like the oil (smell). But it will be something with the cables, because this gray cable has to be plugged in and somewhere short-circuited. The rings were replaced some time ago and everything was ok, so it falls off.

Electricity, ignition has nothing to do with the oil consumption of the engine. Replacing the rings is not all that is needed to prevent the engine from burning oil (head, valve seals, etc.)

Well, I know that it has nothing to do with it, but it's quite strange because before a short circuit in the installation, the engine did not kick at all. Something is dawning on me two years ago when I tried this module, which I have now that something was wrong with it (I do not remember 100% but I think it just had a strange spin and also kicked) and then I put on the old one and everything was oki. Because on this new one, it was not ridden at all, only tried two years ago. The short-circuit still occurs when the gray cable is connected. when the cube from the ignition switch and the cube from START are disconnected, but when they are simultaneously disconnected. When one is plugged in and the other is disconnected, the short circuit is, no matter in what order. This gray is plugged into the relay and branches to the module and Wl Start and I think Ignition switch. Maybe someone has a picture of how it is to be connected, and does it matter from which side the plus on the relay goes

We already know everything. By accident I poured a mixture instead of fuel and hence it is a smoke. Now there is no smoke on the fresh fuel. Only strange now with lights. I'll try to plug in the old voltage regulator. Maybe it is freaking out. The bulbs are off

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a spark issue in a Quad 110, where the user has replaced the coil, stator, plug, and voltage regulator but still experiences problems. The spark only appears when the gray cable from the module to the starter relay is disconnected, causing the quad to start at high speed and remain running until the coil is removed. The user suspects a short circuit possibly related to the relay or module, especially after a previous short circuit incident. Subsequent responses suggest checking for grounding issues and the condition of the ignition switch. The user later discovers that the smoke issue was due to using a fuel mixture instead of gasoline, which resolved with fresh fuel. However, they still face electrical issues with the lights and plan to test the old voltage regulator.
