You do not replace the housing, only the sleeve. Even on a car it can be done

There are models of the starter with support on the bendix. You'll find something.

You can knock out the old one for grease.

You pick out the remnants of the old one with a narrow, sharp screwdriver, paste in a new one and it's ready.

If you have an egg in aluminum, paste the sleeve on the poxipol and screw it on immediately. After half an hour, you can fire up. Before gluing, degrease the hole in the box and coat the starter shaft with oil.

The sleeve is gone. Egg for two sleeves. Rather, without replacing the housing or using a "different" starter, the matter will not start ...

I had a similar problem with AEX (1.4) - there was nowhere to mount the bushing. For PLN 50 I got a starter from AEE (1.6) with its own support. It fits easily and works for several years. Look for a starter from a different engine.

Gearboxes "walk" by kilograms in scrap yards. You can always replace. if necessary, look for a starter with a supported axle or a bendix on the scrap.
